2020年新冠肺炎正在影響全球人類的生命，藝術在此刻能做什麼？是否還有未來？沒有人知道，我們只能靜觀其變，蓄勢待發。許多現場表演因疫情停演之際，「下一個編舞計畫」在此刻，重新去思索對於未來期盼的精神與意義，策畫「靜觀未來-身體影像短片展」，以邀請及公開徵件作品方式，介紹一系列獨特的影像作品與創作者，這些作品在台灣的表演藝術展演中，亦是比較無發表舞台的作品。期盼透過年輕創作者，備受注目的成熟創作者，分享他們的作品，帶我們看見那未來之路的起點，希望可以在這困境中，透過影像去思索生命的距離，靜觀展望。
此時，正好讓我們保持安全距離，靜靜地觀影，去感受導演與編舞是如何透過影像關注身體的語彙。在這高科技影像技術創作的多媒體時代，這一次將回到單頻放映，影像如窗如鏡引領我們找尋下一步。「靜觀未來-身體影像短片展」將於4/24、5/1、5/8假華山1914文化創意產業園區的清酒工坊2F-拱廳放映。

Curated by Shu-Yi Chou, “Unfolding Futures” will showcase a series of short films about body motion, selected through open-call or by invitation, on Apr-24, May-1 and May-8 at the former sake factory of Huashan 1914 Creative Park.
COVID-19 (Wuhan Coronavirus) is currently impacting human lives around the globe. At this moment, what can art do? What can art be? When so much is uncertain, we can do nothing but passively observe. While we wait, preserve energy, and stand ready in case opportunities unfold, we shall also rethink the ethos of art. What is the meaning of art for the future world? As many live shows are halted due to the pandemic, we would like to introduce unique artists and their works from a safe distance: through images. We will pay attention to artists whose creativity is less presented in live performances, focusing on how they create movement vocabularies from cinematographic perspectives.
Despite that we live in the era defined by multimedia and high-tech creation, this springtime we will briefly return to the rudimentary single projector display. We look forward to seeing the works of young artists as well as experienced artists, and re-imagine the starting points of future paths through their eyes. We hope to see through the images and beyond, like looking beyond a window, before determine the next step for the future.

●進場須出示票券，及電子郵件信箱內收到之確認表單頁面，方能進場。（確認出席之觀眾，請提早填寫）若需紙本資料填寫單，請向現場工作人員索取。
● 請配合測量體溫，若額溫超過攝氏37.5度以上，將婉拒入場。
● 入場觀眾需使用酒精消毒雙手，需全程配戴口罩。
● 如有流行地區旅遊史、確診病例接觸史、相關症狀，將婉拒入場
● 主辦單位將持續關注疫情發展，隨時調整防疫措施及演出辦法。
● 無法同意並配合上述須知之觀眾將協助辦理退票。
